Swim Team Fees and USA Cards

Swim Team Fees

· Level I- $375 + $42 USA Registration

· Level II- $385 + $42 USA Registration  

· Level III- $395 + $42 USA Registration

A grandchild of a member may join the Swim Team for an additional charge of $50.  Additional charge is added to level based fee. 

**If  a child is moved to a different level before the 4th  week, the swimmer will be charged an additional fee of 50% of the additional fee for the higher level.  There will be no charge, if the swimmer is moved to a higher level after the 4th week.**

Swim Team fees must be paid by the second Thursday of the Season.  Checks should be made to Lomas Santa Fe Country Club Swim Team.  Swim team fees may be charged to member’s account.  Look for a payment form in your mailbox.

Note: Swim Team fees include coaching, participation in the program, team cap, T-shirt, meet entry fees, and season end party and awards.  There will be an opportunity for individualized portraits and a team photo at an additional cost.   Team suits, fins, goggles and additional equipment are charged separately. 

USA Cards

All swimmers are required to register with the USA swimming office in order to participate on the team.  This card entitles the swim team member to attend team practices and participate in swim meets.  The cost for the USA card is an additional charge and must be paid to USA swimming directly. 

All USA Swimming member registrations and renewals will be completed online. Coach Agatha will send out an email with information during the 2nd week of practice.

Refunds

Your child will have one week to “try out” the swim team.  If you decide swim team will not work for you or your child, you will pay nothing.  NO FULL REFUNDS will be given after the first week of practice.  To request a refund after the first week, notice must be given to the head coach so she is aware of your decision and a refund can be  ready. 

 No refunds for team suits !!
